The CCAFT professional development program is a union-sponsored, research-based professional development program. It is designed to deliver high-quality professional development services, either stand-alone or in collaboration with area school districts. The program addresses the professional needs of CCAFT's members, thereby helping them perform their job responsibilities more effectively. Both the union and the institutions in which members work are strengthened. Teachers are encouraged to improve their practices and students' performance by becoming users of the best practice and research.

The Goals:

  • Grow CCAFT, both internally and externally, through the power of professional development and issues
